I found out yesterday I am going to be a grandmother. An event I've been waiting for...for some time. I loved raising my daughter, but I've been told being a grandmother is beyond anything imaginable.
What's something you should throw away, but can't?
my old HP computer that crashed in September 2006. It's not like it's going to come back to life...besides, I love my new MacBook, even thought Vox says it wont's accept post using Safari. Now I'll findout for sure when I try to post this.
What were you afraid of as a child that seems silly to you now?
When I was about 8 years old, my parents went to the drive-in and saw the movie Psycho. (Yeah, I know, great parenting!). The dead mother scared me most, but also the impression her dead body left on the bed. I've since seen the movie and realize how fake it all is...no wait, it's so real...and I noticed an indention in my bed this morning! Thanks mom and dad, that's probably one of the reasons I'm so neurotic now.
What are 5 things you'd like to accomplish in the next 5 years?
1) I would like to go to bartending school...it take 5 days and $1000.
2) I would like to get into the habit of making art daily...or weekly, or anything, I just need to decide on a genre and do it.
3) I want to switch from PC to Mac!
4) I would like to teach my new puppy, Harriett, to be obedient and do a few tricks.
5) I WANT TO BE A GRANDMOTHER...
